Alan Parr, President of Sun Engineering, is pleased to announce that Armo Tool Limited has agreed to purchase the Sun Engineering business and to carry on its operations under the Armo Tool banner.

The agreement is effective as of January 1, 2009. Sun Engineering staff and facilities are relocating to the Armo Tool head office on Highway 2, near Delaware, Ontario.
